Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website https://zingsite.odoo.com/ (the "Service") operated by Zingsite.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Offered

Zingsite provides online business services, consulting, and technological solutions as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Business Inquiries & Communication

By providing your contact details (phone number, email address) via website forms or through direct outreach, you grant express permission for Zingsite to contact you regarding business proposals, service offerings, and account updates via email, direct messages, or phone calls.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to branding, design, website copy, and source code) are and will remain the exclusive property of Zingsite and its proprietor. Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or scraping of website content is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Obligations & Payment

  • Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.

  • Delayed Payment Protection: Zingsite is a registered Micro Enterprise under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006. In accordance with Section 15 & 16 of the MSMED Act, all invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe (not exceeding 45 days). Delayed payments beyond 45 days shall attract statutory compound interest as prescribed under the Act.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zingsite and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;

  • Any technical downtime or hosting disruptions caused by third-party platforms (including Odoo);

  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zingsite, its proprietor, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with Zingsite shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

10. Deposits & Pricing Adjustments

All advance deposits paid for Zingsite’s services are non-refundable. Where services or design packages are provided at a discounted price, such discounts are subject to strict project timelines. In the event of client-caused delays, unresponsiveness, or failure to provide required deliverables within agreed timeframes, Zingsite reserves the right to cancel the discount and re-bill the project at its standard non-discounted rate.
